  • Make copies of this petition form and submit one copy to the court. Serve other copy of petition to the other spouse. Once you get the response, wait for the court hearing.
  • The state judiciary also conducts certain seminar related on divorce law. This can be helpful for clearing the doubts related to the issues on which divorce is filed.
  • Attend the court hearing if divorce is contested. Once judge makes the decision he will sign the final decree stating that divorce is granted.
